Erhan

CEO/Founder, UK

Erhan launched EAK Digital, a web3 native PR and Marketing Agency, in 2017, after a successful career background working with major brands such as Nike, Rolls Royce, Mini, and Barclaycard at AKQA, a leading WPP Creative Agency. Over his 7 years in web3, Erhan has built up a vast network and solid reputation, having been trusted to work alongside major web3 brands Binance, Crypto.com, Sui amongst others.

Over the years, with Erhan’s guidance, EAK Digital has delivered successful events with its flagship brands, Istanbul Blockchain Week, the largest web3 event in Turkey; BlockDown Festival, a web3 festival focused on the intersection of web3 and culture; and W3E, a web3 esports tournament and expo. Erhan is also an advisor, angel investor, and key opinion leader in web3.

Shaheen

Chief People Officer, UK

Shaheen has been in the Human Resource space for almost three decades. He started his career in Investment Banking and then moved into a career in human resources in publishing in Philadelphia, eventually moving back into banking HR for HSBC, Consumer Lending – North America.

After relocating back to the UK with HSBC, he spent several years in banking for various financial institutions, including Bloomberg LP. His passion for the creative industries landed him a role with the Estee Lauder Group, and he eventually launched a five-star luxury hotel concept for the Guoco Group. After leaving Kantar, a WPP Creative Agency in 2016, he launched his own boutique HR company.

Web3 is the new frontier in his HR career with EAK.

Sales Director, UK

Jan is an award-winning commercial leader with over a decade’s experience contributing to and leading high-impact sales teams across various B2B sectors such as SaaS, Institutions, and E-commerce. He has a proven track record of implementing processes and tools that have led to exponential revenue growth for several businesses.

Jan believes in customer-centred growth, putting the client’s needs and priorities at the heart of commercial strategies to ensure long-term partnerships and meaningful relationships.

Damian

W3E Lead, UK

Damian is a former full-time gaming content creator who began in the early days of Esports. Partnered with EA, Ubisoft, Scopely, and Web3 studios such as Splinterlands, Damian is one of the few creators with high-level exposure to both traditional and Web3 gaming industries. Driven by his desire to innovate and shape his surroundings, he took the lead in the W3E project from the initial event concept to the development of the brand.

Jia

Snr Project Manager, Philippines

Jia is a visionary digital marketing professional with 5 years of progressive experience in Web2, Web3, and media. She specialises in e-commerce marketing, PR/communication, sales, project management, investor relations, growth hacking, and blockchain marketing. She has intensive advertising and marketing agency experience and is certified in relevant tools.

Didem

In addition to her professional endeavours, Didem is a devoted mother who is dedicated to democratising access to technology, particularly in the realm of fostering financial independence. She views blockchain and cryptocurrency as catalysts for societal advancement and frequently imparts her valuable insights as a keynote speaker at industry conferences and training workshops.

Ekta

Events Manager, India

Ekta is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP) with 19 years of expertise in strategic planning, event management, sales, marketing, government liaising, client management, market research, and team management. She excels in diverse environments, delivering successful events worldwide, including Turkey, India, Portugal, and the USA.

Ekta has managed high-level government events with heads of state and United Nations events with up to 15,000 attendees. She has worked with top MICE industry brands like Thomas Cook, Kuoni, and MCI.

Renowned for her strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ekta is passionate about building excellent client, team, and supplier relationships. A consistent problem-solver, she promotes green meeting concepts in her projects and loves to travel and explore new places.

Ilakkiya

Head of Marketing, UK

As the Head of Marketing at EAK Digital, Ilakkiya Thilucshan spearheads a talented team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across multiple channels. She possesses a keen understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends and leverages data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimise performance. Prior to joining EAK Digital Ilakkiya worked for the likes of Addidas, Red Bull and Google.

Ahsaas

Head of Client Strategy, India

Ahsaas is a growth-oriented degen with a passion for decentralisation. With extensive experience helping over 40 projects go to market and assisting multiple tokens in getting listed, Ahsaas believes decentralisation is critical to addressing some significant macroeconomic challenges. Prior to Joining EAK he worked for starts up as Head of Growth leading on their scaling efforts.

Jireh

Community Manager, Philippines

Jireh Harishiel is a former freelance artist, illustrator, designer, editor, and community/social media manager for a Web3 gaming company. She handled web3 games and led many Web3 scholars/gamers. She also managed and guided ev.io Esports players and worked as a designer for their social media accounts. After onboarding at W3E, she created her first NFT art and aimed to polish this newfound skill and become W3E’s graphic designer. Moreover, she is passionate about encouraging web2 gamers to explore the possibilities and shape their future in web3 games. She also aims to promote the entry of web3 gaming into the Esports scene.

Claudia

Payroll/Finance, UK

Claudia has a professional career that spans 20 years. She has worked for Jaeger and was part of the task force contributing to the British Airways uniform design in 1993, she has worked for clients like Jasper Conran and Penny Plain.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 1996 with a retail plant nursery partnership. Later, she joined Cambridge Weight Plan, earning a top 50 sales consultant spot in 2015 and 2016.

Claudia’s passion for finance led her to start a bookkeeping business, assisting UK-based small to medium-sized companies and their global subsidiaries. At EAK, she has managed financial processes and bookkeeping for over five years, streamlining both fiat and crypto finances.

Sakshi

Production Manager, Germany

Sakshi is a multilingual Project Management Professional with 18 years of experience in international B2B events, business development, event management, sales, government liaising, client management, market research, and team management across various industries.

She excels at building and nurturing long-term partnerships with key industry stakeholders. Her interpersonal skills allow her to convey complex ideas, influence decision-makers, and build strong professional networks.

Sakshi has worked with Deutsch-Indische Handelskammer (AHK Indien), NuernbergMesse, and the European Coating Show by Vincentz Network. Her clients include top brands like Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Bosch.

Sakshi has been with EAK since 2022, responsible for event IPs like BlockDown Festival and Istanbul Blockchain Week and collaborating with internal clients to develop their events.

Aybars

Head of Community Manager, Turkey

Aybars Dorman’s career started as software engineer and later transitioned into marketing, business development, and community management. He provides consultancy services in blockchain, Web3, Business development, and Marketing to companies.

In addition, He founded the BAU Blockchain Club in 2019, served as the Turkish ambassador for Ethereum between 2019 and 2020, and has been a speaker at over 300 events. He has also written over 200 articles in the field of crypto & blockchain. He is head of the community manager at EAK Digital and hosts a podcast called “Metalnvest.” He is also one of Cosmoverse’s global confirmed ambassadors and publishes articles about Al, Web3, RWAs, Community and Metaverse on CoinDesk.

Emre

Community Specialist, Turkey

As an NFT Project Founder, Consultant, and Artist, Emre has launched innovative NFT collections, blending artistic creativity with strategic project management. He served as an ambassador for Solana Allstars TR, gaining skills in event organisation and community engagement. His achievements include hosting notable interviews and winning awards in the Cosmoverse 23 Media Contest. Emre also won 1st place in Türkiye’s first government-supported blockchain hackathon.

Previously, Emre was a Community Management Intern for ICP Hub TR, honing his community-building skills. Currently, as a Community Specialist at EAK Digital, he leverages his expertise to cultivate digital partnerships and contribute to strategic objectives, helping business partners achieve their marketing goals.

Ronnie

PR Executive, UK

With a journalism and creative writing background, Ronnie transitioned into PR 3 years ago and has since found his niche in the world of crypto and Web3. He has in-depth experience working closely with DAOs, cross-chain interoperability solutions, metaverse platforms, NFT marketplaces, decentralized exchanges, and many other exciting projects. With sharp attention to detail, a wealth of writing experience, and a strong understanding of what makes the crypto and tech media tick, Ronnie is adept at developing nuanced messaging and strategy to help cut through the noise and secure top-quality coverage consistently.

Guarnaman

Sales Development Rep, France

Guarnaman is a global citizen with roots in India and Kuwait who currently resides in France. She has an inherent knack for establishing connections with individuals and managing relations with prospects at C-level, her expertise lies in forging impactful alliances and fostering strong industry relationships. Sarthak “Zatakster”

Snr Strategist W3E, India

Sarthak “Zatakster” Aiyappa is an Esports Commentator turned Digital Creator in Web3. He has experience in community building, business development, and marketing. At W3E Gaming, he is a connoisseur of content games. He’s pushing the marketing efforts of our flagship products and services. His moniker, Zatakster, is through which he produces content around tech, digital assets, and gaming.

Anna

Junior PR Executive, Netherlands

Anna leverages her PR and communications expertise to help visionary web3 and tech clients expand their reach. She excels in developing media relationships through industry research, sharp pitching, and targeted outreach. Anna’s diverse experience includes consulting for clients in media, events, and web3. Previously, she was an Assistant Production Manager at ITV Studios, a Marketing and Events Assistant at an international blockchain association, and a Marketing and Communications Associate at a strategy firm.

In her free time, Anna enjoys making flower arrangements and helps run a Discord server focused on well-being. She holds a master’s degree in media studies from Maastricht University and a BA in International Relations from the Institute of Business Studies in Moscow.

Dilara

Associate Project Manager, Turkey

While completing her American Studies degree at Istanbul University, Dilara Sakarya began her career as an event and human resources associate, developing leadership and event management skills. After graduation, she specialised in brand, marketing, PR, and business development. Dilara worked as a brand specialist at Kochler, then as an account executive at Walther Kranz PR Agency, managing global clients and teams. She has collaborated with exchange brands like BitMEX, Gate.io, KuCoin, and BitOasis.

After two years in web3 and crypto PR, she transitioned to BBL Esports to explore the esports sector. Now back in blockchain technologies with EAK Digital, Dilara is a PR and Marketing Specialist, working directly with clients and supporting Istanbul Blockchain Week on media partnerships and sponsorships.

Carelin

Associate Project Manager, Argentina

Carelin is a Project Manager with seven years of experience in the Web3 space, which started with her journey as journalist and correspondent for the largest Spanish crypto media CriptoNoticias. She specialises in PR, KOLs and Events projects and has been part of the EAK Digital team since 2019, working with projects such as Theta, Travala, Elixxir and Binance.

In her spare time, she enjoys photography, anime, sewing, roller skating and raising guinea pigs.
