Erhan

CEO/Founder, UK

Erhan launched EAK Digital, a web3 native PR and Marketing Agency, in 2017, after a successful career background working with major brands such as Nike, Rolls Royce, Mini, and Barclaycard at AKQA, a leading WPP Creative Agency. Over his 7 years in web3, Erhan has built up a vast network and solid reputation, having been trusted to work alongside major web3 brands Binance, Crypto.com, Sui amongst others.

Over the years, with Erhan’s guidance, EAK Digital has delivered successful events with its flagship brands, Istanbul Blockchain Week, the largest web3 event in Turkey; BlockDown Festival, a web3 festival focused on the intersection of web3 and culture; and W3E, a web3 esports tournament and expo. Erhan is also an advisor, angel investor, and key opinion leader in web3.

Shaheen

Chief People Officer, UK

Shaheen has been in the Human Resource space for almost three decades. He started his career in Investment Banking and then moved into a career in human resources in publishing in Philadelphia, eventually moving back into banking HR for HSBC, Consumer Lending – North America.

After relocating back to the UK with HSBC, he spent several years in banking for various financial institutions, including Bloomberg LP. His passion for the creative industries landed him a role with the Estee Lauder Group, and he eventually launched a five-star luxury hotel concept for the Guoco Group. After leaving Kantar, a WPP Creative Agency in 2016, he launched his own boutique HR company.

Web3 is the new frontier in his HR career with EAK.

Claudia

Payroll/Finance, UK

Claudia has a professional career that spans 20 years. She has worked for Jaeger and was part of the task force contributing to the British Airways uniform design in 1993, she has worked for clients like Jasper Conran and Penny Plain.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 1996 with a retail plant nursery partnership. Later, she joined Cambridge Weight Plan, earning a top 50 sales consultant spot in 2015 and 2016.

Claudia’s passion for finance led her to start a bookkeeping business, assisting UK-based small to medium-sized companies and their global subsidiaries. At EAK, she has managed financial processes and bookkeeping for over five years, streamlining both fiat and crypto finances.

Carelin

Associate Project Manager, Argentina

Carelin is a Project Manager with seven years of experience in the Web3 space, which started with her journey as journalist and correspondent for the largest Spanish crypto media CriptoNoticias. She specialises in PR, KOLs and Events projects and has been part of the EAK Digital team since 2019, working with projects such as Theta, Travala, Elixxir and Binance.

In her spare time, she enjoys photography, anime, sewing, roller skating and raising guinea pigs.

Upasana

PR Manager, India

Upasana is a PR Manager with four years of combined experience in executing strategic PR campaigns and financial journalism. She specialises in crafting compelling narratives, managing media partnerships for events including Istanbul Blockchain Week, and developing internal communications for EAK Digital’s brands. With a background as a financial markets reporter for Reuters News covering Southeast Asia, she brings editorial insight to PR strategy and excels at translating complex topics into audience-focused stories.

Sujith Godavarthi

Social Media Manager, Bengaluru, India

Sujith is a Social Media Manager with over four years of experience in crypto. He specializes in content creation and end-to-end social media management, including strategy, copywriting, publishing, and ongoing account optimization. He supports client accounts, manages social media for EAK Digital, and contributes to the digital presence of Istanbul Blockchain Week, drawing on his experience working with Web3 media and development organizations to deliver clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.

Eren Oğuz

Community Specialist, Istanbul, Türkiye

Eren Oğuz is a Web3-focused Community and Growth Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience building, managing, and scaling global and local communities across Turkey, MENA, and APAC regions. He has led community operations for blockchain, AI, and crypto projects, managing communities exceeding and +100.000 members and working closely with marketing, PR, and partnership teams.

Eren has supported major Web3 campaigns, AMAs, influencer programs, and online/offline events, including ecosystem meetups and industry conferences.
